North West Guadalcanal, June 12, 2025 — The Honorable Francis Motcho Belande Sade and his constituency office delivered vital support today to clinics, communities, and sports teams across North West Guadalcanal, marking another round of community-driven development efforts.
The newly relocated Marara Clinic at LDA received a generous donation of office equipment and materials, improving its operational capacity to serve the local population. Alongside Marara, Selwyn College Clinic also benefited from the initiative, receiving new furniture and bedding to boost comfort and efficiency at its health center.
In a move to promote community upkeep and youth engagement, three local communities were gifted grass cutters, lawn mowers, and a set of soccer uniforms to support their participation in the upcoming Guadalcanal Football Association (GFA) Capital League, where they will represent North West Guadalcanal.
Specifically, the Kusika and Marovovo communities were each equipped with a grass cutter, a lawn mower, and various goods aimed at empowering their community committees to maintain public spaces and prepare for clean-up campaigns.
Meanwhile, the Barana soccer team expressed heartfelt gratitude for receiving a new set of soccer uniforms from Hon. Sade, which will aid them in their preparations for the GFA League.
All recipients extended sincere thanks to Hon. Francis Sade and his constituency office, acknowledging the importance of these contributions in supporting health services, improving community hygiene, and fostering sports development in the region.
