Zone 3 of the Northwest Guadalcanal Constituency has successfully completed its household survey exercise, becoming the first zone in the constituency to finalize and drop off its survey data. The initiative was led by Zone 3 Chairman, Mr. Andrew Daiohu, who has been praised for his commitment and leadership throughout the process.

The household survey, a key part of the constituency’s planning and development framework, aims to collect vital information from families across the constituency to better inform service delivery and resource allocation. The data gathered includes household demographics, income levels, access to education, health services, water, sanitation, and other critical development indicators.

Chairman Andrew Daiohu acknowledged the strong cooperation of community members and the tireless work of volunteers and enumerators in making the exercise a success.

"I want to thank everyone in Zone 3 who contributed to this important survey. Your support and patience allowed us to complete the task efficiently. This is a proud achievement for our zone," said Mr. Daiohu during the handover of the completed surveys to constituency officials.

He also extended his appreciation to the Northwest Guadalcanal Constituency Office for their support, stating that the successful completion of the survey was a result of strong teamwork and shared commitment to community development.

Zone 3’s early completion of the household survey sets a positive example for the remaining zones and reflects the effectiveness of grassroots leadership in the region.

With the data now submitted, the constituency team will begin analyzing the information to prioritize projects and programs in line with the needs identified by residents. Constituency officials say that the results will directly impact development planning, especially in the areas of infrastructure, health, and education.

The successful effort by Zone 3 under Chairman Daiohu’s leadership is seen as a significant step forward in community-driven development for Northwest Guadalcanal.
